| How will my order ship? | |
| Since the frames and glass are delicate, we take extra steps to carefully pack them and ensure their safe arrival. Your order will be delivered via UPS. | |
| When can I expect my order to arrive? | |
| Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your street sign photograph from Picture Your Street, however in most cases products will be received sooner than that.If your order is a custom request for a name not in our current collection, please allow for 4-6 weeks (depending on the sign's availability and location.) | |
| What are my payment choices? | |
| During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. | |
| What are the shipping charges? | |
We charge a flat rate of $12.99 per frame for Single, Double, Triple and Quad Photo Frames.

| What is your return policy? | |
|
If your frame arrives damaged we will replace it. Please contact us as soon as it arrives and we will work with you to get you a new one. We cannot accept returns for names incorrectly ordered – so please double check your order before checking out.
